3.4.5.2 Notwithstanding 3.4.5.1, a teacher is entitled to one (1) increase in experience for every 150 days of courses accumulated in the contract with the department or in other school jurisdictions, provided that this service has not been previously accounted for increments. 1.10 Effective January 28, 2020, all provisions of the collective agreement are considered gender neutral. 15.19 The deadlines for this article may be extended at any time by mutual agreement between the parties. Requests for extensions of time extensions are not disproportionately rejected. This agreement must be notified in writing. 14.3.1 In addition to the leave of absence provided in sections 9.3 to 14 of the collective agreement, the parties agree to grant the following leave. Leave is granted with a maximum total salary of four (4) days for the engagement and return of a family member`s secondment to military service. For the purposes of this clause, “a family member” is every member of the teacher`s immediate family. It is possible to take up to two (2) days off at the time of making available and up to two (2) days when the release is made available. 2.2.1 Negotiations on the list of central and local affairs must begin no later than 6 months and no more than 8 months before the expiry of the collective agreement in force at the time and be initiated by a written communication from the Federation or teBA to the other. 2.8.1 Since the association is the bargaining partner of the teachers employed by each department, each department makes available to the association, at least once a year, no later than October 31, a list of its teachers who are members of the association, including the name, certificate number, residence address, telephone number and name of their school or any other place where they are employed. The association accepts that no right to leave or general leave pay should be invoked for a specified period of time before or during the duration of this collective agreement, unless otherwise stated in section 5.1.
